My personal opinion when starting playing the game :
You can say is like a Grand Theft Auto violent series, this will give you some idea how is the game is like. Basically, you take part in the story mission to know more about the story behind it and gain more "core" to obtain new skills. There are many skills such as power, movement, survivability, combat, disguise, vehicle and weapon skills. The reason I say Prototype is something like Grand Theft Auto because other than doing story missions, you can play some minigames and free roam in the city. Talking about free roaming, you can consume those by passer and disguise as them, grabbing cars throwing everywhere, running up buildings vertically and jump buildings to buildings, kicking choppers, hijacking tanks and so on... Just that you cant hijack cars, because I think you can run faster than that. Killing soldier which has bazooka to get the bazooka (*nice ;x). Other than that, you first play within the city without infection (normal humans), but after as you play the story missions, you will start seeing infected humans because of the infection spreading. Make it like a city of zombies and you are the hero go busting zombies. :)
